There are two types of reward holds on BitRewards:
Pending rewards
These holds are applied by the offerwall provider while your completion is being reviewed or confirmed. BitRewards cannot release pending rewards early.
You can check your reward details on your profile page to see the estimated release date, if available. Once the provider releases the reward, your Bits will become available unless the completion is rejected or reversed.
Rewards marked "On Hold"
These holds are applied by BitRewards. In most cases, we may be able to release your reward early if you provide sufficient proof of completion.
To request an early release, contact live support and provide:
The offer name and task or milestone you completed.
Screenshots showing that you completed the requirements.
Purchase receipts, if the offer required a purchase.
Our support team will review your evidence and determine whether your reward can be released. Early release is not guaranteed, and additional information may be required.
Can I withdraw pending or held Bits?
No. Only Bits in your available balance can be withdrawn.
