If you no longer wish to use BitRewards, you can request to close your account.
Before closing your account, we recommend withdrawing any eligible Bits remaining in your available balance.
Account closure may result in the loss of remaining Bits that haven't been withdrawn, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.
You can request account deletion through your account settings, where available, or by contacting live support.
Some information may be retained after account closure when required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud prevention purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Closing an account does not automatically give you permission to create another one.
